For five years I worked in wine sales.  I started as a broker, running a territory in Los Angeles and Orange County selling small production wines.  Eventually I worked for a big, fancy distributor.  Do you want to know the one thing I always noticed when I was out there selling every kind of wine under the sun?  The wines that always sold were the wines with the best stories behind them.

 Since 2020, I started working as a Copywriter for Wine eCommerce sites.  When I’m not writing sassy articles for Thurstqueen or other Wine-Related Content, I’m helping small wineries and boutique wine companies find their voice.  There’s nothing I love more than crafting engaging, fun, relatable copy that helps you sell your wine.

I have experience writing about producers on all sides of the wine spectrum.  I’ve written about Classified Growths in Bordeaux, and I’ve also written about obscure, small-production natural wines for multiple businesses.
